UX & UI PROJECTS

Design Circuit 2.0, Brazil - UX Describe - 2022

• Developed a website solution designed to make the tech recruiter's job easier when hiring UX Designers. The project was based on the double diamond methodology and the Scrum methodology.
• Conducted briefing, CSD matrix, surveys and user interviews to provide a solution with a focus on user experience.
• Participated in the design process including research, personas, user flow, customer journey, wireframe, prototype development and usability testing to ensure a user-centered solution.

UXEMCASA, Brazil - UX Carrer - 2021

• Participated in a research project aiming to understand more about international careers in UX.
• Conducted quantitative research (survey) with 370 respondents and qualitative research (user interview) with 25 interviewed.
• Worked collaboratively to analyze the collected data. Developed personas, journey mapping and summary of results.

Road of Hope, Netherlands - App Road of Hope - 2020

• Developed a mobile app specifically designed to help the Road of Hope Foundation support refugees.
• Planned a user-centered project through various stages of the design process including briefing, CSD matrix, user interviews, personas, user stories, wireframe, user journeys, mood board, prototype using Figma and usability testing.

FREELANCER - Product Designer - October 2022/December 2022

• Created wireframe to improve website interface, user flow and user interface elements in a website redesign for an NGO. 
•  Developed the website in WordPress. 

LIDL, Portugal - Project Analyst Assistant / Designer -  May 2021/April 2022

• Improved the layout plan for the interior of 5 Lidl stores with a focus on customers. 
• Analysed and assisted in the classification optimisation of more than 13,000 project invoices and budgets. This generated a reduction of more than 50% in variances per project. 
• Organized and delivered weekly presentations of results to the team

Vera Navis, Portugal - Structure Designer - July 2019/May 2020

• Learned and designed technical drawings of cargo ships and ferries using ShipConstructor software.
• Worked collaboratively between designers and engineers to develop innovative solutions.
•  Produced technical drawings with precise dimensions, tolerances and optimization to improve the accuracy of ship structure.

Be Guest, Portugal - Interior Designer - March 2017/December 2018

• Developed the layout of 6 decorative projects for local accommodation. Project management to improve the tenant experience. The idea was to transform empty environments into spaces that generate good memories.
• Accompanied the owners of the flats in all phases of the project, from beginning to end.

Marista Group - APC, Brazil - Project Analyst/ Product Designer - March 2014/August 2016

• Conducted projects for 18 schools in different parts of Brazil and more than 10 clients in the business area.
• Helped to improve customer satisfaction by over 80%. Provided a good user experience and on-time deliveries for different client profiles, diverse requirements and varied budgets.
