    Your impact and responsibilities

    As a Freelance Data Governance Consultant you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the roll-out of the Data Management strategy and implementation
  • working with cross-domain business departments to translate their data needs towards our central Data Catalogue solution
  • Be a central expert for our data catalogue application & Data Governance way of working
  • Work closely with data delivery teams, facilitate meetings, and connect new systems to exchange metadata
  • Develop training material and provide training and coaching to stakeholders across business departments and countries
  • Drive technical/solution discussion with different domain leads
  • Support on decision-making and prioritization process

    The Group Data and Analytics team provides cutting-edge data and analytics tools that are utilized by our teams across eight countries. Our Data and Analytics tools are being used to process and analyse all sorts of healthcare data in large volumes. Our international team of skilled product owners, data engineers and developers is responsible for the advanced data ingestion, processing and analytics tooling, and applies AI/machine learning to create robust and innovative solutions. The data and analytics platform enables healthcare organizations to optimize patient care, drive operational efficiency, and make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.

    Your profile

    To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • At least 7 year of experience with Metadata Management or General Data Management
  • Have experience implementing Alation, Datahub, Openmetadata and CKAN (must-have)
  • Have knowledge of the tooling of Collibra or similar, data concepts and best practices it would be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks (DAMA), data quality principles, and business and technology issues related to management of enterprise/digital information assets would also be considered an advantage
  • Analytical approach is a must
  • Great communication skills, proactive approach Strong written and verbal communication
  • skills in English is a must have
