Please note this role requires 3-4 days on site in Eindhoven.

What You'll Do

  • Perform largescale, complex cloudbased software delivery project/program management on client engagements
  • Define and work within an agile project governance framework (e.g. establish team cadence, run Scrum ceremonies, facilitate backlog refinement sessions, etc.)
  • Lead the agile cloudbased software delivery team, handle issues and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, and particularly the Solution Architect, to define and validate the technical approach, strategy, and deliverables for the project
  • Work with the Product Owner and client stakeholders to define and champion the vision, program roadmap, and rollout schedule
  • Coordinate with client team, vendor teams, 3rdparty logistics team as required to plan, install, and operate the project solution
  • Collaborate with teams in EU and North America as required for projects
  • Writes user stories to be consumed by the project development team
  • Establishes and maintains project governance and cadence as well as directly manage the effort
  • Collaborate closely with Customer stakeholders and teams to shape new solutions
  • Maintains project governance artefacts (e.g., schedule, budget, risks, issues, resources, change requests, status, velocity/burn down reporting, etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and work products/prototypes

Key Skills

  • Extensive experience in all phases of product development, software development, and testing lifecycles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to operate independently in a dynamic and technically complex environment
  • Skills defining and documenting business and functional requirements for ongoing system improvement initiatives in iterative software development environments
  • Experience conducting all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, review, demo, and standup sessions
  • A real passion for and the capability to directly work on building cloudbased software solutions with stateoftheart technology
