    DFS, the industry's 1st end -to-end fueling solution, provides advanced fuel dispensing equipment, including systems and payment, automatic tank gauging and wet stock-management solutions.

    DFS comprises of industry-leading brands including Tokheim, Wayne Fueling Systems, Fairbanks, ProGauge, ClearView and OPW Fuel Management Systems. Goods Received, Warehousing, Production and Facility Management. As such ensuring an optimal and efficient operation of these teams in the spirit of operational excellence.

    Reporting to Director Operations DFS Netherlands;

    Lead – in a coaching way – Goods Received, Warehouse and Production teams (team of 25-30 fixed employees); Ensuring that Pick-Pack-Ship and Production meet their planning and report daily results.

    Reassign resources where needed to balance capacity with planning;
    Securing and continuously optimizing quality and cost/efficiency of products/services provided; Close interactions with other departments like Customer Service, Procurement, Expedition, Finance and Engineering;
    Ensure that EHS and Quality procedures/instructions are properly followed and embrace an EHS and Quality culture;
    Organize/lead Facility Management (preventive, certifications, manage subcontractors, access to building, alarm follow-up);
    Warehouse management and cycle-counting
    Direct people leadership experience of at least 8-10 years in a production environment;
    Lean, Visual Management) to increase departmental efficiency and effectiveness;
    Bachelor's degree work/thinking-level;
    Excellent working knowledge and ability to use office software;
    English language required;
    Inspiring, coaching, hands-on leader that can guide the teams during change-processes;
    Dynamic and flexible attitude and willing to help out peers when needed;
    Be result oriented and understand how different scenarios impact the business
