    TheDepartment and Team

    The Talentteam is part of HR and based at the European Headquarters inAmsterdam. The team is responsible for providing all office-basedassociates throughout EMEA with opportunities for career planning,personal growth, and professional development. This is done throughenabling an end-to-end talent approach, an offering which isenabled and embedded via an agile team of global talentprofessionals. The team in Amsterdam collaborates closely with theGlobal Talent Center of Expertise based in the US and with all themarket HUBs teams in EMEA.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Participates in the implementation and execution oftalent management and development programs and initiatives byensuring accurate communication and scheduling of (virtual)facilitator-led programs and workshops, enabling associates to signup through our Learning Management System.
    • Prepares and maintains a variety of writtendocumentation, including policies and procedures, reports andpresentations, training or job aids and develops and/or conductstraining on talent related topics and systems.
    • Serves as a first point of contact to the HR BusinessPartners, our EU & Global Talent Partners, HR Advisors and thebusiness for talent management and development related queries,programs and tools, addressing questions and requests in a timelyand professional manner.
    • Supports the talentreview/succession reporting and monitoring process, includingtracking the progress of development plans, monitoring successionplans, and maintaining talent files.
    • Worksclosely with HR Business Partners and line management to supportthe execution of follow-up initiatives coming from the yearlyTalent Review process.
    • Assists in measuringand assessing the impact of all Talent Management processes –provides talent analytics.
    • Works with externaltalent development vendors and partners.
    • Contributes to the overall development of the TalentManagement & Development function, quality, marketing & PRto drive our learner experience and engagement.


    The IdealCandidate:

    • Businessdegree.
    • Previous work experience is minimum of5 years, of which minimum of 3 years in Talent Management, TalentAcquisition or Talent Development.
    • Has workedpreviously in an international matrix organization.
    • Process-minded & driven: able to understand andoversee a process from beginning to end in a complex matrixorganization.
    • Highly detail-oriented,analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual.
    • Comfortable working in an environment in which businessesprocesses, tools, deadlines etc. are continuallyevolving.
    • Resourceful in overcoming roadblocksthat hinder processes.
    • Ability to prioritizeand work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Collaborative and able to work effectively with othersinside and outside of own team.
