    Voor HOYER Global Transport B.V. vragen wij voor de vestiging Botlek-RT een
    Procurement Administrator
    die met en bij een toonaangevend logistiek aanbieder verder wil groeien.

    Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je onderhoudt databases van tarieven, met als zwaartepunt de zeevracht en intermodale tarieven.
  • Je draagt zorg voor een correcte verwerking van deze tarieven en het behandelen van disputen waarvoor input van procurement noodzakelijk is.
  • Je assisteert de inkopers op de afdeling bij hun dagelijkse.
  • werkzaamheden op het gebied van vendor management, data analyses en opvolging.

    • Profielschets

  • Je hebt een MBO opleiding afgerond – bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting (STC).
  • Je hebt een container scheepvaart achtergrond, dit is een prѐ.
  • Het invoeren van veel data is voor jou geen probleem en je bent goed in overige administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt heel erg goed met Excel.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Je bent klantgericht, accuraat, een teamplayer en een doorbijter.
  • Je bent in het bezit van eigen vervoer (er is geen openbaar vervoer verbinding).
