    WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
    You will ensure that the daily operations and procedures at the Leonardo Hotel Rembrandtpark run smoothly. The hotel has 446 rooms and also offers guests a unique view of the city from Rooftopbar Floor17. In your role as Rooms Division Manager, you will be operationally responsible for the Front Office, Technical Services and Housekeeping. Together with these teams you ensure a unique guest experience and optimal service every day. Do you notice that some procedures do not fully meet the needs of the guest? Then you will know exactly what is needed to address this in no time with a strong focus on empowering the team. You will have daily contact with the General Manager and together you will work on the operational, but also financial and commercial strategy.

    Through our extensive Leonardo Development Lab and personal coaching you'll work on your personal development and that of the hotel on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to develop in all analytical, financial and commercial aspects involved. You will be involved in e.g. the analysis of monthly P&L reports, the preparation of budget meetings and revenue meetings, but also in commercial activities. You have a senior position within the Management Team and an important role in internal team meetings, after all, you know exactly what is going on in the hotel

    WHAT DO YOU BRING?
    • You have extensive experience in a similar position in a hotel;
    • You are confident and have the courage to take decisions;
    • You get energy from coaching and guiding employees;
    • With your energy and drive you inspire your colleagues to do their best for the guests and each other;
    • A flexible work schedule is no problem for you;
    • You speak fluent Dutch and English

    You are closely involved with the employees and know how to transfer your knowledge and sense of responsibility to the team.
