As a UX designer with five years of experience and a recently completed master's degree in inclusive design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, Poland. During my master's program in inclusive design, I acquired various new skills and knowledge. I learned how to conduct ethnographic research, engage in service safaris, perform academic research, conduct SWOT analyses, develop business value propositions, apply the double diamond design process, use techniques like Crazy 8 and How Might We, and explore other design methods. These experiences have enabled me to stay abreast of industry trends and equipped me with a versatile toolkit to address design challenges effectively. My skills and expertise align well with the requirements of the role.

Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse design environments, ranging from

small design consultancies (Interaction One) to large corporations( Like HCL and Salesforce). These experiences have not only allowed me to develop a strong proficiency in delivering high-quality designs within tight timelines but have also provided me with valuable insights into collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating with product managers across different countries.

My approach to design is rooted in understanding users' needs and creating experiences that add value to their lives. I am passionate about crafting digital products that are intuitive, innovative, and minimalist in design, always striving to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Beyond my formal education, I am deeply passionate about psychology, continuously immersing myself in books that explore various aspects of the mind, emotions, and behavior of humans. This passion has fuelled me to follow UX research as part of diverse projects.

Regarding my visa status, I would like to inform you that I am currently on an HSM-dependent visa, which allows me to work in the Netherlands without requiring visa sponsorship.

I am a UX designer with 5 years of work experience in HCL, Salesforce, Interaction one, Key-point technologies.

In HCL I was working, Created flows and prototype of E-ASSET while collaborating with product managers and developers. Worked on a proof of concept for Cisco defect tracking system.

 In Salesforce, Worked in the Demo Engineering team, to envision product applications for sales team to pitch.

Collaborated with sales and development team to create demos for salesforce products.

Leading many international projects every week which helped sales team in achieving their targets.

Have designed end-to-end demos for multiple industries healthcare, hospitality, entertainment and more. Major brands I have worked with are 911, Thai Airways, Governors Casino app, Korian rooms, Sportsauthority.com, and many more well-established brands.

Interaction one company, 

I was working as a part of a design team where our responsibilities were to design products from conceptualising till the prototype stage.

In Key-point technologies,designing primary product was Adaptxt, a virtual keyboard that has more than just predictions to offer. Worked on new product Xploree - concepts, prototyping, making flows and other UX work. I have also collaborated on new projects like braille keyboard, keystroke calculator, keyboard for X-box and many other internal projects of the company.
