Working with colleagues, service integration managers, process owners, and process experts, you focus on optimizing and enhancing our processes. By doing so, you significantly contribute to our digital ambitions.

    Your Role as Proces Manager Data & IT at DNB

    As a proces manager, you have the opportunity to further develop and improve our ITIL processes and advance process management within DNB. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders and work towards a well-balanced, user-friendly, flexible, and cost-effective process structure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Translate goals and developments into process improvement initiatives.
    • Contribute to understanding the process performance and identify deviations, focus areas, and improvements.
    • Ensure the process designs are up-to-date and adhere to the methodology and standards.
    • Assist in setting up process management practices and tools while ensuring their consistent application.
    • Promote process-oriented thinking and collaboration, share your expertise actively, and foster good cooperation with stakeholders.
    • Provide evidence for internal audits.
    • Prepare (KPI) reports for your processes and discuss them with stakeholders.

    Your Work Environment

    As a Proces Manager, you will be part of the Service Management section within the Data & Information Technology Division at DNB. The Operations department, where you will be based, focuses on ensuring optimal functioning and availability of our IT systems in collaboration with internal and external IT service providers.

    Requirements

    You should possess a vision on modern Service Management and Process Management, drawn from your experience, and be capable of influencing others in this regard. Moreover, you must be adept at engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders and be a skilled people manager who can drive collaboration and encourage taking ownership.

    Additional Qualifications We Seek

    • Completed higher professional education/university degree.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in a complex IT environment.
    • Affinity with IT, business processes, and customer products.
    • Knowledge of IT frameworks like BISL, ASL, and ITIL, preferably certified (or willing to obtain).
    • Experience with Agile Scrum and DevOps, preferably certified (or willing to obtain).
    • Proficiency in various IT processes such as incident, problem, change, knowledge, asset, and configuration management.
    • Familiarity (or willingness to learn) with ServiceNow and CSDM.
    • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
    • Team player who fosters collaboration across teams and departments.
    • Broad ITIL knowledge to be able to support colleagues in your absence.

    What We Offer
