    Voor onze klant in Zwijndrecht zijn we op zoek naar een administratief bediende die het Marketingteam wil ondersteunen door de administratieve rol op zich te nemen. Een dag als administratief bediende voor het marketingteam, wat moet ik mijzelf daarbij voorstellen?
    Dat is heel simpel, jouw taken zullen bestaan uit:
    • Content inlezen
    • Gegevens nakijken op de website
    • Gegevens nakijken in het CRM-systeem
    • ...
    Kort gezegd zal je op administratief vlak de puntjes op de i zetten waardoor je het leven van je collega's makkelijker maakt.

    Let op: Dit is geen creatieve marketing rol. Je zal werken als administratieve assistent voor het marketing team.
    Functie-eisen
    Jij bent de administratief bediende die wij zoeken als je:
    • Een oog hebt voor detail
    • Een team graag administratief ondersteunt
    • Moeiteloos kan werken met een CRM-systeem of geen schrik hebt om dit aan te leren
    • Een beetje kennis hebt van boekhouding waardoor je onregelmatigheden kan signaleren en opvolgingen kunt doen
    • Foutloos Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft
    • Ervaring met Hubspot en Indesign is mooi meegenomen
    Maar nog het allerbelangrijkste is dat je interesse hebt in Marketing en houdt van administratie. Arbeidsvoorwaarden
