    Hebo Holding zoekt een proactieve Accountant die verantwoordelijk is voor het complete boekhoudkundige proces, waaronder maandelijkse afsluitingen, financiële rapportages en liquiditeitsbeheer. De ideale kandidaat is flexibel, zelfstandig en draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van financiële processen binnen een dynamisch en ondernemend familiebedrijf.

    Bedrijfsomschrijving

    Sinds de oprichting in 2019 door transportgigant H&S Group, heeft Hebo Holding zich snel ontwikkeld tot een prominente investeerder, met een dynamische portfolio van start-ups, scale-ups en gevestigde MKB-bedrijven. Na de verkoop van H&S Group aan Royal Den Hartogh Logistics, blijft Hebo Holding actief in zowel direct beheer als nieuwe acquisities.

    Omschrijving

    • Voorbereiden van nauwkeurige maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarrekeningen conform geldende boekhoudnormen.
    • Beheer van de volledige financiële administratie, inclusief betalingsverkeer en boekhouding.
    • Voorbereiden en coördineren van audits.
    • Bewaken van het facturatie- en betalingsproces.
    • Betrokkenheid bij het samenstellen van financiële rapportages.
    • Liquiditeitsmanagement.
    • Administratieve verantwoordelijkheid van de investeringsactiviteiten.
    • Verzorging van de salarisadministratie.
    • Inrichten en beheren van de P&C cyclus.

    Profiel van kandidaat

    Hebo Holding is op zoek naar een gedreven (Senior) Accountant die sterk operationeel onderlegd is en uitblinkt in flexibiliteit en ondernemerschap. De ideale kandidaat is proactief, zelfstandig en staat stevig in zijn schoenen, klaar om de financiële strategieën van Hebo Holding succesvol uit te voeren. Als rechterhand van de CFO draagt de Senior Accountant bij aan het optimaliseren en beheersen van financiële processen.

    Aanbod

    • Een competitief salaris tussen €5.000 en €6.000 bruto per maand (exclusief vakantiegeld) op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.
    • Een verantwoordelijke functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week.
    • De standplaats is Barneveld of Ruurlo.
