    About the Position

    The Procure to PayBusiness Lead is responsible for managing the procurement team intosuccessfully delivering an end-to-end core functional solution on the SAP S4 Implementation that can be leveraged at scale and be flexible enough to accommodate local and legal requirements. This includes the design, test, and deployment of the following business processes: Direct Procurement, Indirect procurement, Sourcing and Contracting, Intra/Intercompany procurement, Vendor returns, commodity purchase, Supplier Relationship and Procurement Performance. The lead provides procurementexpertise, input into project plan, status reporting, management of project controls, ensure quality delivery in their respective area. Engage with subject matter experts in the countries throughout the project to ensure solution will meet business needs.

    Position responsibilities: (Duties that must be performed on a regular basis)


    •Management of team members across the respective countries accounting for team deliveries


    •Develop detailedimplementation work plan with system integrator and tracks progress


    •Provide status report and attend project meetings


    •Remove any impediments preventing the team from making progress


    •Ensure team adheres to project methods and controls


    •Plan and conduct workshops


    • Maintains relationships with business process owners and obtain sign-offs as applicable


    •Leads timely issue identification, resolution, escalation when appropriate.


    •Maintain a process to approve and track acceptance of agreed project deliverables

    Required skills, qualifications, and experience :


    •Bachelor's degree is required


    •Experience: 10+ years of experience working within Procurement


    •SAP S4 Implementation or Roll out experience is required


    •Team leadership experience with ability to engage at the executive level


    •Ability to influence local and global teams' actions, decisions, and opinions towards a harmonized and flexible solution


    •A forward, strategic thinker that can help craft the way their business process or domain operates in the future


    •A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in their domain with a strong understanding of how the existing business works or strong knowledge in functional skillset


    •Great communicator – written and verbal


    •Has foresight to see issues, and risks in their domain, and have the courage to escalate where required


    •Ability to travel 20% or more as part of the role on a routine basis
