• 3+ years of experience to lead a team of four members as a Scrum Master to create, develop and automate manual task with best Scrum practices.  

• 3+ years of experience as a SRE engineer and during the course worked on creating tools for monitoring, transaction processing, fault tolerance, automated production deployment and enhanced testing process.  

• Met client expectations by delivering a critical online driven project, if failed has caused severe outages but deployed it with high quality code with less or no production defects and recognized across management level. 

• Worked with teams across divisions to solve a data and memory issue caused by a Job and provided real time solution by analyzing the data exception and dumping the metrics in Elastic search and did analysis developed in Python. 

• Prepared plans and maps to move server based system to Amazon AWS and made system more available & highly scale able.

• Lead the initiative of researching and analyzing the missing source code happened due to memory corruption in version control. Created a missing module from scratch by analyzing calling module, data passed and file dumps, it saved client and organization from going into severe outage during production deployment. 

• Took end to end responsibilities from design, develop, test, deploy and post deployment support.   

• Automated a critical task to handle system errors by it's own and heal itself when failure occurs, also optimized the time by 90% and awarded for the same. 

• Automated the system to be highly available and fault tolerant by creating monitoring tools, which is capable of handling very high volume of transactions using best SRE practices.
