    Customer Care Specialist (32-40h)

    Over onze klant

    Voor een groeiende, internationale startup, actief op de verzekerings- en financiële markt, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Customer Care Specialist in Amsterdam voor 32 of 40 uur (met hybride werkmogelijkheden).

    Over de functie

    Als Customer Care Specialist ben je cruciaal voor het waarborgen van een fantastische klantervaring. Verzekeren zou behulpzaam, vriendelijk, eerlijk en persoonlijk moeten zijn. Je denkt actief mee over het vormgeven van de klantervaring en klantondersteuning.

    Andere verantwoordelijkheden zijn

    • Ondersteunen van klanten via e-mail, chat en telefoon.
    • Voortdurend verbeteren van de klantervaring.
    • Het overtreffen van klantverwachtingen met fantastische service.
    • Bijdragen aan product- en procesverbetering vanuit het klantperspectief.

    Jouw profiel

    • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord als geschrift.
    • Klantvriendelijk, leergierig, en uitstekende communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
    • Teamspeler met het vermogen zelfstandig te werken.
    • Je woont in of rondom Amsterdam en bent 32 of 40 uur beschikbaar.

    Bonuspunten voor:

    • Ervaring met customer support voor een complex product.
    • Bezit van een WFT Basis certificaat (anders helpen ze je deze certificering op hun kosten te behalen).
