    We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Creative Director to lead the vision and artistic direction for this innovative luxury brand based in Amsterdam. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process from concept to execution across all product lines, marketing campaigns, digital content, brand activations, and in-store experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set the brand's overall creative strategy and artistic direction to ensure a cohesive and inspiring visual identity across all consumer touchpoints
    • Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals including designers, copywriters, photographers, and art directors
    • Conceptualize and art direct trailblazing campaigns that capture our brand DNA and resonate with our target audience
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to infuse creativity into every aspect of the brand experience
    • Identify trends and cultural shifts to keep our brand distinctive and forward-thinking in it's space
    • Build and nurture relationships with creative agencies, production partners, influencers, and other external creative resources
    • Manage creative projects, workflows, and budgets to ensure all deliverables are on-strategy, on-brand, and on-time

    Requirements :

    • Senior creative direction experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
    • Proven track record leading creative teams and iconic, award-winning campaigns
    • Exceptional artistic vision and design aesthetic with an innovative, cutting-edge creative mindset
    • Strong understanding of creative development processes from concept to execution
    • Ability to inspire teams and effectively translate brand strategies into compelling concepts
    • Passion for the industry and trend forecasting with deep knowledge of the beauty, cosmetics and personal care industry
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to push creative boundaries while respecting brand equity
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and client service skills
    • Bachelor's degree in design, advertising, marketing or related field
