Ring is looking for a world-class creative leader to raise the bar of our work in international countries in Europe, MEA and APAC.

We're looking for a true all-rounder, who will work across multiple-areas and initiatives inside and outside of marketing to grow the Ring brand, delivering outstanding and inventive creative.

This new role will be responsible for driving creative strategy for the Ring brand, will redesign our creative operations and put data at the centre of our approach and process.

The job reports into the Head of International Marketing and is based in Amsterdam.

Key job responsibilities

  • Devises and advises on an advertising approach that allows us to effectively scale advertising internationally, balancing economies of scale while ensuring that our work remains "local".
  • Build a more effective internal operating model for creative marketing. Partner with teams across the organization including US marketing, operations, business intelligence and media teams to ensure effective inputs and processes for a multicountry model.
  • Reviews our current agency and freelancer model and ensure its fit for purpose to meet our ambitions over the next 3 years.
  • Partners closely with colleagues in the US to realize a global Ring brand and to develop new creative approaches and models.
  • Collaborates, reviews and drives the conception and execution of new creative work for both country specific and multicountry initiatives.
  • Dives deep to get an deep understand of our customers in different countries and puts this insight at the heart of our creative process and work.
  • Partners closely with business intelligence and media to put data and the heart of the creative process from inception to execution.
  • Raises the bar of Ring's creative work through curiosity, bravery and collaboration.

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Selfstarter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a get it done attitude.
  • Ability to deliver results with limited guidance in a fastpaced environment, while remaining flexible.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects drawing upon
  • Experience in working in an international start up or scale up a plus
  • Experience in brand who leverage culture to drive local relevancy a plus
  • Additional languages outside of English is an advantage specifically French, Italian or German.
