    Exciting Opportunity: Senior People Programme Manager – Fixed Term Position at Adevinta.

    The team

    The purpose of the People Programmes & Analytics team is twofold: Bridge the gap between strategy and execution through roadmap and programme management and cross-functional collaboration. And to advance our people analytics capability through people analytics solutions and technologies that have an impact on our cost and revenue drivers, improve organisational decision making and differentiate us from other companies. The team is based in Amsterdam and Barcelona and is part of the People, Communications and Workplace function (PCW). Your office location will be Amsterdam where you will have a hybrid working environment and you will report into the Director of People Programmes & Analytics.

    What you ́ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end people programmes from initiation to execution and evaluation
  • Support Talent, Reward and Operations experts to design and deliver their programmes and projects
  • Set and monitor KPIs and ensure programmes are delivered within agreed budget and timelines
  • Manage risks and dependencies within and across the People function
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment to ensure progress and timely decision-making
  • Co-own and drive the overall People roadmap together with the rest of the Programmes & Analytics team including running quarterly business reviews and reporting
  • Champion and drive the use of the project management framework, the portfolio management tool ( ) and best practices.

    Who you are:

  • You are result oriented, have the determination to drive things forward, will make sure decisions are made and followed through and issues are resolved effectively
  • You anticipate, plan and align, set ambitious yet realistic time frames and are comfortable handling many diverse projects simultaneously
  • You are a strong relationship builder who manages interests and demands of multiple stakeholders with professional integrity and communicates with clarity and precision
  • You have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in delivering global programmes and a strong understanding of project and change management
  • You have exceptional written and spoken English
  • You will be working closely with Adevinta's Global Rewards team, so knowledge of compensation and benefits is a plus but not a requirement
