We are looking for a new team member
Group Finance Operations is a global staff unit, part of Finance Program Management.

Our emphasis is on ensuring the integration across the various pillars of transformation programmes, with a focus on the integration of processes and technology.

Job description
To strengthen the capability for managing change we are looking for a new team member. Ideally, you have experience with working in larger business transformation programmes. You clearly demonstrate skill and experience in managing stakeholders and communicating across various levels. Here you take the sponsor perspective, clarifying and aligning the needs from a business perspective.

You are a good listener but at the same time capable to present and visualise complex ideas staying on course with regard to objectives of the stakeholders.

These objectives are driven by external developments in particular the regulatory, tax
- and compliance environment as well as accounting standards. You are not expected to be an expert in all those fields but rather the interlocutor that connects the various knowledge domains.

Another key driver is that these objectives should be met in an efficient and value adding way, contributing to harmonisation and standardisation.

It is key you are able to translate these ideas to an audience of experienced finance professionals and read the room.

Initially you will work close with senior management to capture and structure the change agenda while gaining experience with leading a number of change initiatives.

From there you should be able to demonstrate a clear growth path to define your own initiatives and deliver results.

You have skills in analysing and describing business processes and are able to define acceptance criteria that clearly link process improvements with systems improvements.

You will need to liaise with multiple project managers and product owners to get clarity on their roadmap and backlog.


Your main responsibilities will be:

Capture and translate the needs of the finance organisation
Lead change by engaging key stakeholders
Support the team by identifying and resolving obstacles
Collaborate with and influence various transformation programmes
What qualification should you have?
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
Master degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or comparable;
Excellent communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
Experience in consultancy combined with a hands-on attitude
5-10 year experience
