    Job Description

    We are looking for a Global HR Analytics Data Lead to innovate the HR Analytics. You get the freedom to use your experience, creativity and innovative mindset to expand the HR Analytics function within Rituals globally. With insights into people data, you stimulate the company and scale the organisation. You own projects around developing and improving data collection, building and maintaining scalable dashboards to further extend self-service and drive business decisions based on data. In this position you are also part of the Global Operations Team.

    As Global HR Data Lead you are responsible for:

    • Further development of the HR Analytics function within Rituals;
    • Provide relevant insights by extracting, analyzing and communicating HR data;
    • Ensuring a data driven culture within HR;
    • Create and maintain insightful and actionable insights in tools such as Workday & PowerBI;
    • Driving existing and future projects to expand and improve data collection;
    • Collaborate with teams across the company to optimize value delivered;
    • Daily management of a small Analytics & data team with the ability to let it grow.
    Qualifications
    • You have (5+) years of relevant work experience within a HR environment;
    • You have strong project management, prioritization and natural leadership skills;
    • Skills in Workday and Power BI are a big plus;
    • You have a strong analytical background and are able to derive insights from personnel data and make detailed reports;
    • You enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment where your priorities can shift;
    • You feel comfortable talking candidly and expanding the status quo, especially with the ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders from different disciplines and cultures;
    • You are able to have a strong influence on different stakeholders (such as HR MT, HR International);
    • You are motivated and proactive, always looking for new ways to add value to the company;
    • Don't mind getting your "hands dirty". We are a small team, and all need to pitch in with a range of tasks sometimes.
