Customer Care Officer (Industry & Research)
Your responsibilitiesAls Internal Customer Care Officer maak je deel uit van het Customer Care team Industry & Research. Samen met je directe collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte behandeling van sales orders, transport en klantcontracten. Hierbij sta je op dagelijkse basis rechtstreeks in contact met onze interne en externe klanten die je met de grootste toewijding te woord staat. Iedere klantvraag zie je als een uitdaging. Voor coaching en begeleiding kun je terecht bij je manager.
Your profileOm deze schakelrol naar onze klanten toe in te vullen, kijken wij uit naar een analytisch sterk en administratief nauwgezet organisatietalent, met een Bachelor (HBO) werk- en denkniveau en enkele jaren werkervaring. Je bent enthousiast en leergierig om je in de producten van Sysmex te verdiepen. Dat zal je gaandeweg leren. Door ons internationaal karakter, is een goede kennis van Engels noodzakelijk en zal een woordje Frans spreken een extra plus zijn. Je bent vertrouwd met de meest gebruikelijke informaticasystemen en hebt kennis en ervaring opgebouwd met SAP (of een ander ERP software pakket). Sysmex stimuleert ondernemerschap en juicht initiatief en verbetervoorstellen toe. Je hebt een positieve uitstraling, commerciële drive en streeft steeds een optimale klanttevredenheid na. Je bent een leuke collega, die zowel graag in teamverband als zelfstandig werkt en dit op fulltime of parttime basis, minimaal 32 uur. Je werkt vanuit de hoofdzetel in Etten-Leur (nabijheid Breda).
