What you will do
We have 3 open positions for our labelling and packaging location in Breda, the Netherlands. The cohort kicks off in September 2024, and the 24-month Rotational Program consists of three 8-month rotations in Operations. After successful completion of the program, we expect that you will be well-prepared to succeed in future roles and take on leadership challenges in our operations organization
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete complex rotation assignments and tasks in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and / or Supply Chain.
- Dive into new topics, work areas and functions, ramp up your knowledge quickly to contribute meaningfully, and meet expectations and achieve personal breakthroughs.
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility while transitioning through 3 rotations in the different departments.
- Understand the wider business context and how your own work contributes to Amgen's strategies, goals, and mission to serve patients.
- Use data and insights to drive business performance.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Life) Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or other relevant field obtained from an accredited college or university by the time program kicksoff in September 202
- Leadership skills, demonstrated through extracurricular (Captain of the soccer team, board of study association, volunteering) or work experience activities (team lead in supermarket, internships etc.).

- Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated environment (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Global mentality: willingness to relocate to other Operations Sites for future career opportunities.
- Willingness to work shifts as part of the rotation through manufacturing to gain shopfloor experience.
