Organisatie Liliane Fonds

Organisatie:

_Liliane Fonds and MIVA stand for an inclusive and diverse society in which everyone can participate, regardless of backgrounds, characteristics and preferences. We are an organisation in which all those different colleagues are respected and belong. Together we achieve the best results._
Liliane Fonds improves the quality of life and prospects of children with disabilities in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. We believe participation is a right - not a privilege.

We aim to use our expertise in education, health care, rehabilitation, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and livelihoods to set up large-scale community based rehabilitation programs that offer sustainable solutions to pressing social issues.

In order to further diversify our funding, we are strengthening our new institutional fundraising team.

Taken:

As a Partnership Development Lead you will develop new relationships, partnerships and proposals to fund and implement projects of the Liliane Fonds and its partners in the Global South.

This way, you, in collaboration with your colleagues from the International Partnerships and Programs (IPP) department, will contribute to structural change and to an inclusive society in the countries where we operate.

What are you going to do?
- you identify opportunities for partnerships with new and existing international partners, with the aim of future collaboration and fundraising for projects of Liliane Fonds. You lead the process of forming consortia. Your focus for the coming two years will be on the development of strategic partnerships to for example answer to Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs funding;
- you look for innovative ways to make our work and knowledge relevant for potential partners. You develop new propositions and program concepts that are in line with the strategy of Liliane Fonds, for example by looking at our role as disability inclusion experts in mainstream education, health, and youth employment programmes.

Furthermore you:

- develop and maintain a broad network of European governments, international donors and potential partners in Europe and the Global South;
- map out existing (European and global) calls, subsidy schemes, and funds, and advise colleagues and strategic partners of the Liliane Fonds about funding possibilities;

You will be part of the Institutional Fundraising team (IF) within the International Partnerships & Programs department. In addition to your two team members, you will frequently collaborate in multidisciplinary teams. You will report to the team manager.

Functie-eisen en profiel:

You perform effectively in an environment where processes are still under development, you are solution oriented and feel comfortable working as a pioneer.
