    Als DC Controlling Manager leid en ontwikkel je het lokale Controlling team en werk je nauw samen met externe zakelijke partners en operationele afdelingen om een consistent serviceniveau aan H&M's klanten en de Brands te garanderen. Daarnaast waarborg je een sterke financiële controle en draag je aanzienlijk bij aan het opbouwen van sterke samenwerkingen met interne en externe stakeholders. Je verzorgt de rapportages aan Regional Controlling volgens de interne procedures en speelt een essentiële rol in het behalen van de doelstellingen van de organisatie op zowel korte als lange termijn.

    Welkom bij Netherlands Logistics

    Het logistieke centrum van H&M Group in Tilburg wordt geëxploiteerd door een toonaangevende speler in de logistieke markt. Vanuit DC Tilburg bedient de organisatie voornamelijk haar klanten van de Portfolio Brands E-Com, evenals de Retail Stores in de Europese markt. Naast de Portfolio Brands dekken de activiteiten ook de H&M E-Com klanten vanuit verschillende Europese markten, waaronder Nederland.

    Het logistieke centrum in Nieuwegein wordt geëxploiteerd door H&M zelf. Vanuit DC Nieuwegein bedient de organisatie voornamelijk haar stand-alone H&M Home concept Retail Stores in de Europese markt. Hier ondersteunen ze ook DC Tilburg en andere zakelijke kanalen met uitbestede diensten en opslag (bijv. NCG-opslag voor Nederlandse winkels).

    Inhoud van de functie

    Controlling Functie

    • Zorgen voor en monitoren van de vervulling van operationele doelstellingen voor alle bedrijfskanalen, evenals de doelstellingen en strategie van de Logistieke Regio, door middel van controlling, zakelijk inzicht en leiderschap;
    • Financiële controle van WH & TR-stromen binnen de Nederlandse Logistiek: budgetten, prognoses, financiële opvolging en maandelijkse besparingen;
    • Bijdragen aan businesscases die beslissingsmateriaal en projecten ondersteunen;
    • Operationele controle, monitoring en bijdrage aan het vervullen van prestatie-KPI's, evenals proactief toezicht houden op operationele planning en capaciteit;
    • Deelnemen aan het aansturen van de commerciële agenda richting partners.

    DC Controlling Manager

    • Leiden van het DC-team als onderdeel van de Management driehoek samen met de DCM en HR;
    • Ontwikkelen van het lokale Controlling team om functionele verantwoordelijkheden te waarborgen en successie te garanderen;
    • Bijdragen aan het opbouwen van een sterke samenwerking met de Regio, andere belanghebbenden, evenals binnen Nederland & Cluster South, met grote openheid voor zowel leren als kennis delen.

    Plaats binnen de organisatie

    De Logistieke Controlling afdeling is een belangrijk onderdeel binnen de lokale H&M Logistieke organisatie. Deze afdeling bestaat uit DC Controlling Manager en 5 Controllers. Je hebt een strategische sleutelpositie binnen het lokale Management team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de DC Manager. De standplaats van de positie is Tilburg.

    Requirements

    Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, geloven wij dat je:

    • Een diploma hebt in Economie, Financiën, Bedrijfskunde of Logistiek;
    • Bewezen ervaring hebt in het leiden en ontwikkelen van teams, waarbij groei wordt gestimuleerd en prestaties worden gewaarborgd door het communiceren van verwachtingen;
    • Mogelijk werkervaring hebt in de logistiek/transport en/of retail;
    • Ervaring hebt met het gebruik van verschillende Business Intelligence-systemen is een pre;
    • Het vermogen hebt om grote hoeveelheden gegevens te begrijpen, analyseren en verwerken;
    • Een proactieve mentaliteit hebt, met sterke planning en prioritering vaardigheden;
    • Ervaring hebt in het voeren van onderhandelingen op hoog niveau;
    • Afdelingsmanagers kunt onderwijzen over alle controlling aspecten;
    • Ervaring hebt in projectmanagement;
    • Gevorderde kennis hebt van Microsoft Excel;
    • Duidelijke communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden hebt, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Engels.
