- Designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a business, Architects and subject matter experts
- Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendations
- Experience with advanced development tools and techniques, e.g. Apex language, custom development, triggers,JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Test Classes, Apex Jobs
- Experience with Salesforce administration and development; security, standard objects,reports/dashboards
- Experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, VS Code + Salesforce Extension Pack,Github and CICD
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud modules like Omni Channel, Knowledgebase, Email-to-case, skill-based routing, Milestone Tracking, etc
- Experience practicing Agile development methodologies
- Work in a company with a solid track record of performance
