Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our global marketing strategy.
You will play a crucial role in attracting new clients, building strong partnerships, and amplifying our brand within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business development goals and growth targets.

Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and positioning within the ESG commercial real estate industry through targeted campaigns and initiatives.

Metrics & Insights: Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Marketing team
- Work with our engineering team to properly instrument and measure our funnels.
- Own regular reporting on the overall health of marketing initiatives and topoffunnel performance across marketing.
- Partner with finance/operations to provide visibility into ROI on marketing spend.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and industry needs

Collaborative Projects: Work closely with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content.

Partnership Building: Establish and maintain productive relationships with industry partners, including consultants and associations, to drive growth and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- 58 years of total marketing experience, preferably for a B2B Saas business with a productled strategy
- Expertise in implementing modern B2B marketing strategies
- Aptitude for using data to drive better decisionmaking, preferably familiar with SQL
- Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and craft highquality narrative and executivelevel presentations
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
- Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a result
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, commercial, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple opportunity pursuits at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
