    Our client is a Taiwanese multi-national organization, established in 1975 with products in the Consumer Electronics industry. With over 40K FTE in Asia, they are now busy setting up a European office in Amsterdam, NL.

    Job Description

    The role requires developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, building strong business relationships with customers, and meeting sales goals.

    The Key Responsibilities include: 1) Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base. 2) Identify prospects and develop new business opportunities within European Power Electronic markets ( Application on: CE, Industrial Automation and data center market)3) Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, create and present proposals to customers. Lead RFI/RFQ cooking and Management for generating new revenue. 4) Work with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services to meet customer needs. 5) Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer's point points and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. 6) Drive sales growth and profitability through effective pricing and negotiation strategies. 7) Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting, as well as report sales results to senior management. 8) Develop and mentor the sales team to create business plan, go to market plan, drive performance and achieve objectives. 9) Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.

    The Successful Applicant

    The Sr. Sales Manager for European Power Electronic Solution market is a challenging and rewarding leadership position that requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to make strategic decisions, develop new business relationships, maintain existing customer accounts, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The requirements are:

    1) Bachelors degree In Business Administration. Sales, Marketing or a related field 2) At least 5 years of working experience in sales and business development In European Power Electronic business. 3) Strong business acumen and an ability to identify new opportunities and generate revenue growth 4) Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers 5) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across different functions including Marketing, Engineering, and Finance. -6) Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities as well as proficiency in MS Excel, Salesforce, and other sales management software 7) Ability to travel nationally and internationally
