- Processing relevant reference documents for the account transactions.
- Assisting the reporting department on the activity of trade balances intercompany reconciliation process by timely providing the correct and accurate documentation.
- Upon receipt of the correct and accurate documentation from the treasury department, perform the bank reconciliation line by line.
- Providing support to the Dutch VAT (BTW) reporting where required.
- Assisting the Accounting Supervisor in case of disputes with vendors, customers, and branches.
- Supporting the Accounting Supervisor during the year-end audit activities.
- Preparing accounts receivables by collecting adequate supporting documents.
- Reconciling the transitory accounts.
- Checking outstanding balances of vendors and customers.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy
- Sound knowledge of English, written and oral
