    For an international Hospitality organisation headquartered in Amstelveen, I am looking for an ambitious Junior AP Accountant.
    You will be working in an international and innovative work environment. As a junior AP Accountant, you are responsible for a large part of the AP processes, for several entities of the company.

    Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Processing invoices in the ERP system

    • Preparing and recording accounts payable related journals

    • Ensuring that accounts payable sub-ledgers are up to date

    • Purchase ledger reconciliation

    • Assisting with the monthly closing


    • Managing the internal control risks in AP process

    • Preparing payment runs

    • Process improvements

    • Ad hoc tasks
