- Het inrichten en uitvoeren van leveranciersbeoordeling op het gebied van Quality Assurance, social en water compliance en supplier performance
- Het opleveren van compliance KPI's voor verschillende rapportages
- Informatie voorziening aan de afdelingen sales, sourcing, sustainable business en marketing voor bezoeken en/of gesprekken met telers, klanten en/of andere partners
- Het advies geven op het beleid en de strategie voor Mens en Natuur en de Nature's Pride Supplier Agreement
- Voorbereiding en begeleiden bij verschillende audits
- HBO werk- en denkniveau in de richting van bijvoorbeeld Food & Business, Bedrijfskunde of eventueel een inkoop gerelateerde opleiding
- Relevante ervaring op het gebied van supplier compliance (binnen de AGF is een sterke pre)
- Ervaring met en kennis van Agriplace (pre)
- Bekend, of bereid dit te ontwikkelen, met (inter)nationale wet- en regelgeving en certificeringschema's zoals IFS, SIFAV 2025, Global GAP, PlanetProof, SKAL (bio)

De uitdaging:
Als QA Adviseur Supplier Compliance ben je accuraat, een verbinder en initiatiefrijk in het meewerken aan de verduurzaming van onze keten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarmaken van onze strategische doelen. In de praktijk beheer je de compliance van onze leveranciers volgens de vereisten binnen de Nature's Pride Supplier Agreement en de strategie voor Mens en Natuur. Hierin werk je met collega's samen in werkgroepen op het gebied van thema's zoals SIFAV 2025, Global GAP, PlanetProof en dergelijke. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van ons Supplier Compliance systeem Agriplace voor de organisatie.
