- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and effective internal control is in place.
- Processing of invoices (internal recharges).
- Carry out suppliers and bank reconciliations by analyzing suppliers and bank statements in order to reconcile differences between suppliers and bank statements and our accounts.
- Handle all supplier payments for local and overseas vendors by preparing, checking, verifying, posting, and signing all payment vouchers to ensure compliance with payment agreed-on terms.
- Maintain customer receivables set and meet collection targets on a regular basis by monitoring or controlling payment behavior by controlling credit limits and terms to ensure a healthy customer receivables portfolio.
- Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Prepare payroll by processing salaries as per salary register and to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
- Comply with all VAT regulations as per local requirement.
- Contact person for the Dutch office.
- Experience of working in similar positions for a structured company
- Knowledge of VAT and Administration rules
