- € 2.728 – € 3.922 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring)
- Registreren van nieuwe vloot in SAP en wijzigen van masterdata.
- Bijhouden en controleren van alle certificeringen
- Het bijhouden van verloren en beschadigde materialen
- Het maken en actueel houden van labels die we op de vloot bevestigen
- Ondersteunen aan de equipment coordinator in het gereed maken voor gebruik van nieuw equipment
- Het bijhouden van een correcte inhoud van onze toolcontainers, zowel in de systemen als in de containers zelf.
- Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau met affiniteit voor administratie.
- Accuraat in het uitvoeren van taken.
- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Kennis en ervaring met Excel en/of SAP als een pré WAT JE KRIJGT

SAMENVATTING VAN DE ROLAls Technical Administrator bij Mammoet vervul je een belangrijke rol in onze projectenorganisatie. Samen met je collega's verricht je administratieve werkzaamhedenrondom het beheer van onze mobiele kranen en special devices. Het merendeel van het werk verricht je in SAP zoals het bijhouden van masterdata en certificeringen. Als Technical administrator werk je in een team van 7 mensen die zich allemaal bezig houden met werkzaamheden omtrent het actueel houden van de Europese vloot, waarbij er een afgebakend takenpakket klaarligt voor iedereen.
WAT JE GAAT DOENAls Technical Administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een kloppende administratie van onze vloot.
Tot slot draag je zorg voor een verdere verbetering van de algehele SAP administratie en certificering die bij afdeling Assets toebedeeld zijn.
