    For our client – a world known food company, we are currently recruiting for an International Business Manager who would be managing the Franchise partner's results by providing support, coaching and strategy consulting to help set up and meet business objectives.

    The role will involve a lot of cross-functional collaboration and relationship management.

    Key responsibilitiesDrive franchisee relationships to meet sales and growth targetsEnsure regional objectives are met through flawless execution of business plansLead business planning process for cross-functional collaborationAssess franchisee strengths and gaps in executing strategic plansCollaborate with franchisees to develop short, medium, and long-term goalsServe as primary contact for franchise partnersProvide strategic guidance and coaching to franchiseesMaintain consistent communication with marketsUphold company standards for food safety, menu compliance, and trademark protectionImplement changes to policies and contracts in partnership with legalManage variance process and ensure franchisee complianceUtilize reporting tools to guide franchisees in improving business resultsRequirementsBachelor's degree required, MBA preferred7-10 years of experience in regional or multinational organizationsProficient in multi-unit environments, with knowledge of retail, F& B, or QSR industrySkilled in interpreting financial statements and strong analytical abilitiesEffective at multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced environmentsProven track record in building strong relationships across all organizational levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speakingExcellent English language skills, fluency in German is a plusSelf-motivated with the ability to set and meet deadlinesExperienced in leading and motivating teams to achieve resultsStrong problem-solving and influencing abilitiesInternational travel – max.
