We are currently seeking Technology Consultants/ Solution Architects with 5+ years of experience to join our team. Candidates ideally have previous experience of working as an IT Strategy Consultant in some capacity for, or at large organisations, on digital transformation initiatives.

Your role

This position is within the Benelux team, which focusses on providing advice and guidance to customers on IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Solution Architecture.

As an Solution Architect , you will deliver value and excellence to our customers through key project engagements, and you will also support the growth of the Technology Modernization Consulting practice. Our services focus on the agendas of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and/or product/platform owners, on mainly Digital & Emerging Technologies and Technology Transformation.

Responsibilities :

·Connect and collaborate with teams across our business in the development and presentation of proposals to clients

·Lead in the development of collateral to support 'go to market' propositions and service offerings

·Use your personal contacts and networking skills to help grow our consulting pipeline

·Work with account teams to support opportunity identification, qualification, and sales

·Develop a cross practice understanding of service offerings to ensure effective consultative selling

Practice development:

·Contribute to the development of a knowledge management led approach ensuring the development of reusable collateral from assignments

·Support recruitment activities by taking part in candidate screening and interview sessions

·Team building: promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in their projects and our team, making meaningful contributions, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team

·Support wider consulting initiatives outside of the immediate practice or capability group

·Contribute to internal and external mindshare development through white papers, Points of View, and case studies

What you will bring to the team:

·Previous experience in a Solution Design, Technical Lead or Architect Role is essential, with the ability to translate business needs and user requirements into detailed design artefacts

·Experience of working with airports

·Knowledge of TOGAF and/or other enterprise architecture frameworks

·Experience in Architecture Governance

·Knowledge or expertise across architecture domains such as business, applications, information, infrastructure, integration, and security

·Consulting expertise gained with a management consultancy or systems integrator (preferred) and experience working on digital transformations

·Proven capability in providing technology leadership, delivering high quality, creative and insightful technology advice; you will ensure project success through timely and accurate production of agreed deliverables

·Shaping, leading, and delivering value through technology advisory consultancy, and through guiding transformational delivery engagements.

·Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills at senior levels that will enable consensus building and shaping technology direction

Nice to have:

·Experience of working across multiple industry sectors (preferable)

·Demonstrable knowledge of integration technologies and services, with the ability to design integration architectures

·Experience working on digital transformations

·Knowledge in the use of cloud technologies, cloud strategies and in the design of solutions for the cloud

·Experience of working across multiple industry sectors
