• As Sustainability Advisor IT & Data you will be part of the CIO office, more specially the Strategy and Value Realization (SVR) team. The SVR team ensures that the IT & Data departments optimally deliver value to their business stakeholders. They do this by driving the IT & Data strategy and managing a portfolio of projects that will realize these goals.
  
• The SVR team, established officially in 2023, is a youthful group. With its strategic orientation, it embodies a result-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit, while also prioritizing a fun work environment.

As Sustainability Advisor IT & Data, your main responsibility is to drive IT & Data sustainability ambitions by developing and executing strategies, advising senior leadership on sustainability topics.How you achieve results in this? That's up to you. We trust in the way you work hard and don't let setbacks hold you back. You put your talents to work at:

• Develop a clear vision for integrating sustainability into Schiphol's IT & data strategy, together with IT & Data leadership.
  
• Bring the IT & Data sustainability strategy in line with Schiphol's overarching sustainability strategy and act as a linking pin.
  
• Facilitate cross-business unit collaboration on sustainability priorities.
  
• Support IT & Data departments in initiating and managing sustainability projects.
  
• Driving the value of sustainability initiatives, by setting up value cases, guiding the data team to set up monitoring, analyse results and acting upon deviations.
  
• You will help to drive the Schiphol agenda on issues related to sustainability and challenge the status quo. You develop sustainability strategies that harness your full understanding of how sustainability will impact the aviation industry and business models.

• At least 4 years of experience as an IT or Digital (sustainability) consultant.
• Track record in sustainability consulting within complex organizations, advising leadership roles on this topic, for example as a management- or sustainability consultant.
• Have worked with KPIs, performance management frameworks for a complex organization, and/or lean six sigma.
• Basic experience as a project manager, including frameworks like Prince2 and Agile Scrum.

You get this

• € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Schaal 12).
  
• A 13th month (year-end bonus).
  
• An allowance when working from home of €3.00 net per day.
  
• An NS Business Card that fully reimburses travel by public transportation to and from work.
