    Voor de Hyper Automation vestiging binnen Incentro zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde ervaren Integration Developer die met ons het Hyper Automation team verder uit wil bouwen. Hyper Automation is een snel groeiende trend op de business en IT markt en wij groeien net zo snel mee. Onze Integration practice zorgt letterlijk voor verbinding. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste systemen op de juiste manier en op het juiste moment met elkaar in verbinding staan. Je wilt graag meehelpen de Hyper Automation cell van Incentro op de kaart te zetten. Je kijkt hierbij naar zowel de huidige situatie als de toekomstige situatie om zo een duurzame oplossing te realiseren.


    Functieomschrijving


    Jouw carrière bij Incentro

    Het allerbelangrijkste? Je houdt ervan om puzzels op te lossen. Omdat je meerdere processen automatiseert die in verbinding staan met andere systemen kan het een mooie puzzel worden. Het oplossen daarvan daar ben jij steengoed in, beetje professioneel sudoku dus. Naast dat je je graag met vraagstukken voor onze klanten bezighoudt bemoei je je ook met het team, neem je de medioren en junioren mee in hun groeipad. Daarnaast heb je alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Heb je zelf ideeën voor verbeteringen, voor nieuwe features of nieuwe concepten? Hou ze niet voor je, want vanuit onze klanten en Incentro worden initiatieven juist gewaardeerd.. Samen met je team onderzoek, bedenk en creëer je oplossingen op maat. Onze projecten komen voor in ieder formaat. Jij schakelt snel, denk twee stappen vooruit en zie de oplossing snel. Aangezien jij zelfstandig en ambitieus bent, bedenk je voor jezelf een ontwikkelplan waarvoor Incentro jou alle mogelijkheden biedt.
    Het team

    Je komt te werken in de gedreven Hyper Automation cel. We zijn een cell die zich in rap tempo aan het ontwikkelen is. Dit doen wij met veel passie en toewijding en dit zie je terug in de projecten en het team. Wij zoeken mensen die verder durven te kijken en niet bang zijn voor een uitdaging. Iemand met een vernieuwde en kritische blik. Wij richten ons op RPA, apps, intergration en process orchestration en ondersteunen dit d.m.v. ervaren project managers, business analisten en architecten. Door deze verscheidenheid aan mogelijkheden, zijn er genoeg kansen die jij kan pakken. Daarnaast stellen wij samen met de hele cell doelen waar we met z'n allen achter staan en een passie voor hebben. Natuurlijk worden behaalde doelen ook goed gevierd


    Functie-eisen


    Over jou

    Met een goed gevoel voor business en techniek kom je gelukkig al een heel eind. Om meer richting te geven in wat wij zoeken:

    • 3+ jaar werkervaring met software ontwikkeling waarvan minimaal 1 op het gebied van RPA/Automation/Integration/Low code
    • Ervaring met minimaal 1 van de volgende tools: Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft of een ander integratie plaform / I
    • HBO bachelor- of Masterdiploma. Een opleiding met de focus op business en/of IT is een pré (Bijv. Bedrijfskunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde of Informatie Management)
    • Ervaring programeren, low-code en bij voorkeur Ruby
    • Je staat open voor nieuwe innovatieve manieren om oplossingen te maken
    • Je hebt een passie om complexe business / IT problemen op te lossen
    • Je bent in staat "het grotere plaatje" te zien als het om oplossingen gaat
    • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
    • Een zelfstandige en ondernemende mindset
    • De wil om in korte tijd veel te leren

    Opleiding

    Jouw ontwikkeling staat bij Incentro voorop. Daarom zijn er meer dan genoeg mogelijkheden om een breed scala aan interne trainingen te volgen en is er ook een onbeperkt opleidingsbudget aanwezig Samen met jou bekijken we waar je ambities liggen en hoe we je kunnen helpen daar te komen.
