    Beginnen als Junior Business Developer bij JouwICTvacature, betekent alle tools, opleiding en het vertrouwen krijgen om in een paar jaar door te groeien tot teamlead, principal of manager.     Functieomschrijving

    Jouw dagen staan in het teken van training, teammomenten vieren en natuurlijk Business. Jij zorgt voor New Business en onderhoudt het contact met je bestaande klanten. Daarnaast vervul je ook een belangrijke rol als schakel binnen ons bedrijf tussen uiteenlopende disciplines. Samen met bijvoorbeeld de afdeling Resource en Online Marketing, zorg je ervoor dat je jouw klanten ook echt wat te bieden hebt. Daarnaast ben je voor ons een waardevol onderdeel van de Salesvloer, want bij JouwICTvacature hebben we veel steun aan elkaar. We vieren samen successen, helpen collega's om het beste van elke dag te maken en worden enthousiast van fanatieke potjes FIFA, tafelvoetbal, tafeltennis of een arcade game

    Jouw dagen bestaan onder meer uit:

    • New Business en Accountmanagement gericht op de IT-arbeidsmarkt
    • Contact onderhouden met verschillende disciplines om ervoor te zorgen dat je tevreden klanten hebt en houdt
    • Administratief beheer rondom jouw prospects, leads en business
    • Trainingen en coaching waarmee je jezelf kunt blijven ontwikkelen
    • Afleggen van visits in heel Nederland, geven van presentaties en bieden van advies waar nodig
    • Enthousiasmeren en bijdragen aan een positieve energie met betrekking tot de rest van de Salesvloer (in Groningen, maar je kunt ook in Amsterdam op bezoek)
    • Later eventueel: zelf trainingen geven aan collega's, specifieke projecten (mee)draaien of initiëren, eigen markt opzetten etc.

    Bij JouwICTvacature werkt iedereen zelfstandig, maar is tegelijkertijd heel nadrukkelijk onderdeel van ons team als geheel. We willen dan ook graag dat je je bij ons, en in ons levendige klimaat, thuis voelt. We vinden het belangrijk dat je jezelf graag wilt ontwikkelen, dat je positief ingesteld bent en een energieke houding hebt. Verder:

    • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (bij voorkeur een commerciële richting)
    • Je bent een commercieel talent met ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden
    • Je kunt zelfstandig én in teamverband werken
    • Interesse in of kennis van IT is een pre
    • Ervaring als recruiter is een pre
    • Ervaring als barman of -vrouw of als callcenter medewerker is een pre
    • Je woont in (de omgeving van) Groningen
