- Je werkt aan onze naamsbekendheid zodat potentiele klanten ons nog beter weten te vinden.
- Je bent technisch inhoudelijk sterk en kunt op hoofdlijnen meedenken met de klant en inschatten wanneer het op Demcon aansluit. Je weet daarbij perfect hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar te onderscheiden.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het management van de DIS-groep en denkt met ons mee over de strategische richting van het bedrijf.
- Heeft een afgeronde technische HBO+/academische opleiding
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Kennis van de Duitse taal is een sterke pre.
- Heeft tenminste 5 jaar ervaring in de verkoop van technische projecten en heeft hierbij talloze bedrijven zelf bezocht.
- Heeft een uitstekend gevoel voor commercie en is communicatief sterk.
- Is goed in het identificeren van nieuwe kansen en het spotten van markttrends.
- Is energiek, doelgericht en een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Heeft een ondernemende, zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding waarbij je weinig aansturing nodig hebt en je oplossingsgericht en creatief opereert.
- Bereidheid tot (internationaal) reizen.
