- Je hebt verantwoording over het collecteren van openstaande posten via onze agenten in Afrika. Je werkt hiervoor samen met de afdelingen operations en sales.
- Je benadert Debiteuren/Agenten per e-mail of telefoon.
- Je verzorgt de overzichten van openstaande vorderingen voor Debiteuren/Agenten.
- Je monitort de openstaande vorderingen op Debiteuren/Agenten.
- Je behandelt en volgt disputen op.
- Je registreert en handelt de statements van de agenten af.
- Je registreert de inkomende betalingen.
- Je verstuurt dagelijks facturen.
- Je ondersteunt de afdeling credit control bij overige taken.
- Je hebt een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de financiële sector.
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie.
- Ervaring in de logistieke dienstverlening is een pré.
- Je hebt goede beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Goede beheersing van de Franse en/of Duitse taal is een pré.
- Je bezit goede kennis van Excel.
- Goede kennis van CODA is een pré.
- Je hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit.
