• Handle scheduling, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
• Oversee the drafting, editing, and formatting of documents and reports, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate communication with the warehouse team, assisting in customer order processing and coordinating deliveries.
• Place orders in the ERP system on behalf of Sales Representatives, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing.
• Manage document control by organizing and safeguarding files and records.
• Track and maintain sales deal money collections to ensure timely and accurate recording.
