    Functieomschrijving
    • Ontwikkel corrigerende actieplannen voor productklachten die voldoen aan de criteria voor Klantoplossingsorders (CSO).
    • Verschaf de nodige informatie aan dealerships en klanten over corrigerende actieplannen.
    • Initieer en bewaak corrigerende acties.
    • Beheer Algemene Veldrapporten (GFR's) en volg productverbeteringsverzoeken op bij leveranciers.
    • Bezit budgetplannen voor veldacties tot goedkeuring.
    • Coördineer met PACCAR Parts over de benodigde voorraad onderdelen.
    • Registreer veldacties in systemen en verschaf tijdige voortgangsrapporten aan het management.
    Functie-eisen
    • Bachelor diploma in Autotechniek, Technische Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
    • Technische achtergrond met kennis van statistische analysetechnieken.
    • Vaardigheid in het Engels; kennis van de Duitse taal is een voordeel.
    • Bekendheid met DAF-producten, diensten, procedures en systemen is gewenst.
    • Inzicht in werkplaatsactiviteiten en -organisatie.
    • Kennis van huidige technische ontwikkelingen in de vrachtwagenindustrie.
    • Administratieve vaardigheden met oog voor detail.
    • Zelfgemotiveerde en proactieve houding.
