- Support and optimize current improvement structure within NAA;
- Co-design in the further development of Continuous Improvement in NAA;
- Support in the development of the "strategic / operational" goals of NAA;
- Drive, manage and support of lean improvement projects, workshops and initiatives;
- Ensuring efficient workshop and project tracking (key figures development) until project closure;
- Implementation of lean management methods (i.e. leader standard work, 5S, Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, SMED);
- Training and coaching of colleagues with the methods from Lean Production to support the achievement of goals;
- Contribute to standardization and further development of the Continuous Improvement strategy;
- Execution and implementation of lean assessments.

- You know how to motivate the organization to embrace the Lean philosophy
- Completed technical or business related bachelor or master, completed Black Belt Certification and 5-10 years relevant working experience in a similar role
- Good command of English required, Dutch preferred
