- Beheren van retourprocessen, inclusief retourzendingen van klanten en retourzendingen naar leveranciers.
- Uitvoeren van voorraadinventarisaties en cyclustellingen om nauwkeurige voorraadgegevens te handhaven.
- Optimaliseren van voorraadindelingen om de efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Beheren van obsolete en schrootoverzichten om de voorraadintegriteit te waarborgen.
- Actieve deelname aan verbetertrajecten binnen de organisatie.
- Denken in processen om operationele efficiëntie te bevorderen.
- Gevorderd gebruik van Excel voor het analyseren en presenteren van gegevens.
- Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of administratieve richting.
- Goede kennis en ervaring van SAP.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke omgeving.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om problemen op te lossen.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen.
- Oplossingsgericht en ondersteuning bieden aan diverse collega's.
- Proactieve houding en in staat om zelfstandig te werken onder minimale supervisie.
