IQIP, the global leader in pile driving and handling equipment, is looking for a Team Leader Office of Operations. Together with our 400 colleagues across the globe, we provide smart and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects.

Our work extends both at sea, where we contribute to wind farm and oil & gas projects, and on land, where we engage in projects related to bridges and ports.

You will be contributing to leading the office of operations at the heart of our production department.

Your work

As the Team Leader of the Office of Operations, you play a central role in production, providing both direction and support to manufacturing, assembly, painting, and logistics departments.

Your tasks include guiding and steering projects from drawing to delivery to the customer, through a detailed construction plan and a dynamic project schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

Leading the office of operations and managing the daytoday activities around ongoing projects.
Assigning projects to colleagues in the office of operations and promoting knowledge transfer.
Actively seeking and maintaining alignment with other departments within IQIP, such as project management, engineering, procurement, and service.
Monitoring the production capacity planning.
In a handson role: overseeing Project Planning, project guidance in collaboration with the foremen of the production departments, evaluating and advising on manufacturability and completeness of the engineering package.

Your profile

You are an energetic team member, work accurately and driven, and are communicatively proficient in both Dutch and English.
Capable of addressing adhoc challenges effectively.
You have a Bachelor's level of work and thinking, preferably in mechanical engineering.
Several years of experience as a work planner in an industrial environment.
