    Your job in a nutshell:
    As Customer Support Manager of MaterialServices, you are responsible for the daily management of a team ofCustomer Support Representatives located in different facilitiesand countries. You also will be working on:

    • will assume accountability for work delegated to yourteam-members to ensure performance in accordance with service leveltowards the customer.
    • drive performance (OTD%,GM%,Quote hit rate) via operational management and continuousimprovement, including (basic) performance reporting towardsinternal and external stakeholders.
    • willrepresent your team in (cross) departmental meetings/events andactively engage with Operations, Programs andCommercial-stakeholders to maximize the operational performance ofthe Material Services business.

    The Team:
    You willbe an active member of the Material Services team at Woensdrecht,Hoofddorp and Singapore. You will report to the Head ofPrograms. You will manage a team of 12+ Customer SupportRepresentatives whilst having a full knowledge of the ERP andsales process in order to drive process improvementand/or back up some of your team member. You will work closelywith the team of Program Managers andProduct Managers.

    What do youbring to the table?
    You have relevant(hands-on) technical experience and understanding productportfolio. You also have excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills and are an excellent negotiator. Furthermore, youhave the ability to look for ways to add value beyond customers'immediate requests and acts on them and have a broad understandingof the aerospace market and component trading within subject area.It is also important that you have:

    • an hbo degree, or equivalent, in a technical/commercialdiscipline.
    • a minimum of 3 years relevant workexperience in managing (cross functional) teams.
    • a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience within acommercial role (demonstrate commercial
      savviness).
    • experience in continuousimprovement projects and optimizations.
    • demonstrated knowledge of shop processes and work orderexecution processes.
    • demonstrated knowledge ofCustomer Support Processes.
    • IPMA-D (desirable)& lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (desirable).
    • excellent oral and written communication skills in theDutch and English language.
