    Over de organisatie
    Onze opdrachtgever opereert in de financiële dienstverlening en voorziet haar klanten (banken/ verzekeraars) in leveranciersgegevens -en risicomanagement. Met het oog op de opening van nieuwe kantoren in Australië en Denemarken en bestaande kantoren in Engeland, Spanje, Ierland en Nederland is dit bedrijf een van de weinigen in dit segment met veel groeipotentie.

    Jouw nieuwe functie
    Als Customer Relations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale relatie met de Key Accounts. Je onderhoudt contact met je klanten, assisteert hen bij de onboarding van leveranciers, verstrekt rapportages, introduceert nieuwe functionaliteiten en bereidt meetings en presentaties voor. In deze rol zal je veel schakelen met het klantenservice-team zodat zij op de hoogte zijn van de gewenste benadering van jouw accounts richting de relevante leveranciers.
    Je rapporteert aan de Country Manager aan wie je regelmatig updates geeft en aanhaakt waar nodig.

    Jouw profiel
    Om succesvol te zijn als Customer Relations Manager heb je minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in Account Management óf een aantal jaar ervaring binnen klantenservice in een B2B omgeving.
    Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een sterke persoonlijkheid die niet bang is om presentaties of meetings te leiden voor Managers/ Directors bij grote Nederlandse banken/ verzekeraars.
    Je bent proactief, leergierig en kan goed omgaan met de druk van het halen van deadlines. Ook ben je gestructureerd, zelfverzekerd en flexibel ingesteld. Vanwege het internationale karakter spreek en schrijf je naast Nederlands goed Engels.

    De arbeidsvoorwaarden
    Onze opdrachtgever biedt jou een fulltime contract met een salaris tot € 3500,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring). Wegens het groeiende karakter van de organisatie zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien en volledig verantwoordelijk te zijn voor jouw eigen portfolio aan Key Accounts. Hybride werken is mogelijk, waarvan maandag en dinsdag officiële kantoordagen zijn. Reiskosten worden volledig vergoed.
    Successen worden regelmatig gevierd door teamuitjes en vrijdagmiddag borrels.
