    Onze winkels die al 127 jaar het straatbeeld oranje kleuren worden elke dag door heel veel klanten bezocht en zijn levendig als nooit te voren. Onze doelstelling om een beter en leuk thuis bereikbaar te maken voor iedereen, betekent dat we met elkaar veel werk moeten verzetten. Een deel van dat werk vindt achter de schermen plaats. Om dit mogelijk te maken zijn wij voor ons Servicekantoor op zoek naar talenten die deel willen uitmaken van deze uitdaging en energie krijgen om onze visie - wij zijn de vertrouwde plek dichtbij voor inspiratie en oplossingen bij jou thuis - elke dag waar te maken.

    Jouw functie

    De Business Developer Marketplace is verantwoordelijk voor het acquireren van nieuwe verkooppartners, ook wel sellers genoemd, en het onderhouden van de relaties hiervan. Je benadert actief potentiële leads die wij op verschillende manieren verzamelen en sluit contracten met hen. Je helpt ze tijdens de onboarding op ons Marketplace software en managet ze daarna op hun performance. Je stelt commerciële plannen met de sellers op en zorgt voor een hogere omzetgroei middels optimalisatie en campagnes.

    Samen met Category Management kom je tot een afgewogen visie rondom de invulling van assortiment strategieën en uitbreidingen en maken we van dit verdienmodel een nog groter succes. moet beschouwd worden als een omnichannel platform waar we als retailer overal en altijd beschikbaar zijn met het beste assortiment binnen de focus categorieën van Blokker; huishouden, koken, bakken en wonen.

    Kort en Bondig

    Door nauwer samen te werken met Category Management voor het beste assortiment, zal je o.a. merken, groothandels, webshops en retailers aansluiten op het platform en het uitleggen van de Mirakl software die we gebruiken voor de Marketplace genaamd Blokker Connect. We zijn onderdeel van het e-commerce team. Ons platform draait op SalesForce Commerce Cloud en we zullen ons ook als team bezighouden met het verbeteren van features en andere integraties tezamen met IT/Applicatiebeheer en ons Salesforce leverancier. Blokker Connect bestaat sinds 2016 en we zitten inmiddels op ruim 375 verkooppartners.

      • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau;

      • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met Marketplaces;

        Kennis van Excel, Google analytics, Mirakl, Salesforce, Jira, Asana is een pré
