  • De Customer Experience Engineer is voor de klant het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor ultieme klantbeleving: Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het registreren (telefonie – mail – portal), oplossen van meldingen volgens overeengekomen SLA / KPI. Onderzoekt en lost de supportmelding op en zorgt voor de ondersteuning op het vereiste kennis/expertiseniveau
  • De Service Coördinator bepaalt met welk klant en welke melding je aan de slag gaat: Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring wordt je ingezet op de eindgebruikersondersteuning. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie zowel intern als naar onze eindklant. Jij houdt de klant up to date over de voortgang van de aanvraag, waarbij klantbeleving centraal staat

  • Ben jij een enthousiaste en servicegerichte professional met een passie voor Microsoft (cloud) technologieën zoals bijvoorbeeld 365 en Azure? Houd je er van om support te bieden aan klanten en complexe technische vraagstukken op te lossen met jouw goed ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou
  • Jij bent dé expert die supportmeldingen aanneemt, vastlegt en bewaakt. Je bent de tweedelijns vraagbaak voor collega's en key-users van klanten. Met jouw probleemoplossende vaardigheden onderzoek en los je meldingen op. Je neemt actief deel aan het monitoren van de omgeving en streeft ernaar meldingen zo veel mogelijk zelfstandig op te lossen. Je ondersteunt de engineers bij monitoring van de systeembeschikbaarheid en performance. Ook draag je zorg voor het correct vastleggen van documentatie en correspondentie waarbij je de geldende processen volgt

    JobRequirements:
  • Je neemt supportmeldingen aan van klanten en legt deze zorgvuldig vast
  • Je onderzoekt en lost de meldingen zelfstandig op binnen de gestelde service levels en/of jouw kennisniveau. Indien nodig draag je de meldingen over aan de juiste deskundige om tot een snelle en effectieve oplossing te komen
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de supportmeldingen en zorgt dat jouw collega's tijdig aan de verschillende belanghebbenden kunnen rapporteren
  • Je signaleert onvolkomenheden in producten, diensten, apparatuur en/of programmatuur en rapporteert deze
  • Je bent op de hoogte van relevante ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied
  • Je werkt in overeenstemming met de geldende processen zodat we consistentie en efficiëntie kunnen garanderen in al onze dienstverleningsactiviteiten
