- Je analyseert fabrieksprestaties en bewaakt doelstellingen voor productieafwijkingen versus standaarden.
- Je maakt dagelijks, wekelijks en maandelijks rapportages voor alle operations en ondersteunt managers met prognoses en ad-hoc verzoeken.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het standaardkostenproces binnen ons ERP-systeem.
- Je houdt je bezig met project- en investeringscontrolling, bereidt business cases voor nieuwe investeringsprojecten voor en stuurt het capex-budget aan.
- Een HBO diploma in de richting van Bedrijfseconomie, Controlling of Accountancy;
- 3-5 jaar werkervaring in controlling, in een productieomgeving;
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden waarmee je inzicht en ondersteuning van de besluitvorming en accurate forecasting levert;
- Resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd;
- Ervaring met standaard kostenberekening en Activity Based Costing conceptuele benaderingen.

Wat ga jij doen?
Als Plant Controller werk je samen met collega's in de hele organisatie, met de focus op Operations. Je fungeert als adviseur voor de Operations Director en zijn team, waarbij je proactief beslissers ondersteunt bij operationele en strategische managementbeslissingen. Je maakt inzichtelijk wat er cijfermatig gebeurt in de operatie, adviseert hierover en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de financiële afdeling. Dedert IJS bv is volop in beweging, bijvoorbeeld met het genereren van dashboards in Power BI.
Als business partner voor operations ben jij de 'go-to' person voor financiële onderwerpen. Je bent lid van het operationeel management team, neemt deel aan reviews en audits en sluit aan bij dagelijkse overleggen binnen de productie.
