WHO ARE WE?:

Canline Systems in Eersel is part of the innovation-driven XANO group from Sweden.

Within XANO, we, along with other related companies, are suppliers to producers of can and end conveying system including line controls for Rigid metal packaging (Food) Aluminium beverage and Battery production plants.

Canline Systems is growing and professionalizing, focusing on designing and installing complete turnkey projects and optimizing existing production lines. We use magnetism, vacuum, and air as the connecting factor between machines in the production process. Our key accounts include several large international companies with production facilities worldwide.


WHAT IS OUR AMBITION?:

Canline ambition is to be one of the leaders of conveying systems to the mentioned markets. We have developed fast from conveying supplier to supplier of fully integrated systems including line control.

On top of that we want to supply market leading solutions to our customers with a strong focus on Industry 4.0 where our sales manager is key in aligning our innovation like, CAN'SI a digital platform for all data, CatchAI data acquisition and transforming to support customers in continuous data driven process improvement, Simulation and Emulation support to improve the process flow and make digital twins available.

Also our innovations in R&D needs to be developed in partnership with key accounts to make products launches successful.

Also the recently acquisition if IPS with XANO will give new opportunities for European customers to benefit from their unsurpassed products and services.


WHO ARE YOU?:


You are a Sales Manager at heart, capable of quickly building a network in the world of 'Can and End makers with a strong technical skillset to understand there requirements of our customer.' You are experienced to take the responsibility for the entire process, from lead generation to closing orders for commercial projects with a scale of up to 6 million.

You can confidently engage with our clients at the right levels and empathize with them, obtaining and conveying the right information to the internal organization.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?:


  • Utilize a structured Key Account plan to expand the existing network, focusing on managers at our clients on plant and strategic level.
  • Anticipate the purchasing and decisionmaking processes of our clients, proposing irresistible deals. Close deals with contract signings, including negotiating terms. In the complexity of project development, you are the guiding force ensuring a strong sales funnel leads to the desired revenue.
  • Recognize what makes a client successful and use this input to drive innovation and growth within our organization.
  • Develop and maintain senior management relationships (decisionmakers) up to the executive level.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure the satisfaction of our clients with both current and future projects, the service team is responsible for executing the actions
  • Conduct market research, translate trends and developments into strategies for making informed decisions and achieving profits.
  • Look beyond your own field and connect other companies in the XANO group as an added value to our clients.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?:


  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Mechatronic/Mechanic/Electrical or an equivalent experience and knowledge build up in work practice.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role selling technical solutions to an international customer base.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts clearly to the customer with the support of the sales engineering team
  • Strong communication and commercial skills, with listening, empathy, negotiation, and persuasion being crucial.
  • Affinity with the metal packaging industry, with experience being a plus.
  • Networking is in your DNA.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch (preferable), both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly.

WHAT IS THE TEAM?:


You will be part of the sales team which consists out of experienced sales engineers, systems engineers, line control engineer 3D layout engineer.

They are responsible for layouts, calculations and the quotes in cooperation with the Sales Manager.

They will support also onsite and line up with the customer counterparts to achieve our goal of presenting winning quotes.

There is a structured process in place but the department culture is open and supportive as we all understand that it is team work in the end.

Also the Service department is reporting into Sales and support the project sales and execute the required activities on aftermarket and support services.
