We zijn ingericht om nieuwe kansen voor merken te identificeren en écht geïntegreerde mediaoplossingen te bieden.Wij werken voor mooie merken zoals Adidas, H&M, Playstation, Kruidvat, ICI Paris XL, Google, Mars, NBCUniversal en Pon (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Porsche).Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar een Client Executive (starter) . Wat ga je doen? De Client Executive is onderdeel van het Client Team en werkt nauw samen met de Client Manager aan het ondersteunen en implementeren van mediacampagnes voor alle media; van Social tot print en van Out of Home (OOH) tot TV. Tevens is de Client Executive (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en de rapportage van digitale campagnes in samenwerking met de specialisten.Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Ondersteunen van het Client team bij de ontwikkeling van communicatieplannen voor klanten (doelgroep-, concurrentie- en andere analyses t.b.v. de ontwikkeling van het plan);
  • (Mede) Ontwikkelen van mediaplannen op het gebied van print, OOH, bioscoop en digital;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van online procuraties;
  • Plannen, uitvoeren, optimaliseren en maken van eindevaluaties van (digitale) campagnes, tevens terugkoppelen van resultaten van campagnes aan de Client Manager;
  • Aansturen van en samenwerken met de diverse afdelingen van EssenceMediacom en GroupM Nexus t.b.v. een optimale digitale campagneplanning, inkoop en implementatie van trackers o.b.v. KPI's;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van een juiste (project) administratie waaronder budgetbewaking van campagnes, bijhouden van media- en jaarkalenders m.b.t. het inhoudelijke planningsdeel, deelprocuraties invullen e.d.;
  • Aanspreekpunt voor 'publishers' voor algemene afspraken, last minute aanbiedingen en het bijwonen van kennissessies;
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van goede werkrelaties met de collega's van EssenceMediacom, GroupM Nexus en 'publishers';
  • Actieve bijdrage leveren aan de initiatieven op gebied van ontwikkeling d.m.v. volgen van trainingen en e-learnings.

  • Affiniteit met media is een pré;
  • Je bent accuraat en pro-actief;
  • Je bent iemand die klant- en resultaatgericht is en contactueel en sociaal vaardig;
  • Gebruikerskennis van Microsoft Office;
  • Je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je bent een stressbestendige team player en kan goed werken onder druk.
